Harvest Moon Basket Week 8 - Delivering w/o October 13-17, 2025

Enjoy a specially-curated selection of seasonal fall vegetables and fruits that have been freshly-picked by our farm team and our farm friends each week. Savour the fresh tastes of Ontario in the Fall!

Each Harvest Moon Basket will be made up of a delicious mixture of produce including items like salad mixes, root vegetables, fresh fruits, herbs and alliums like onions and garlic. Every week is a mystery of local freshness to unpack. 

Plus, each week we'll send you an email detailing the items in this week's basket, recipes, and other interesting local community and food facts. Feel good about enjoying healthy, fresh food while helping your local, Lake Simcoe community. 

What's Inside?

Here are some of the vegetables and fruits you can expect to find in your Harvest Moon Basket: 

Year-Round Produce: salad mixes, radishes, turnips, mushrooms, microgreens, green onions, carrots, beets, potatoes and more!

Fall Produce: apples, pears, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, corn, garlic, pumpkins, squash, sweet potatoes and more!

The above examples of produce are not guaranteed each week. You will receive a curated basket of produce based on what is seasonally available and picked fresh that week.

Sizes Available

We offer three different sizes of produce baskets: Small, Medium and Large. While all three baskets contain the same roster of produce, each gets a different quantity or volume (grams) of an item (Ex. A small gets 140g of lettuce mix, a medium 180g, and a large gets 200g). 

A SMALL basket is good for a single person or couple who wants a taste of fresh, local produce in small portions.

A MEDIUM basket is for people who enjoy a hearty portion of fruits and vegetables, and can feed two people depending on appetites. 

A LARGE basket is for people who eat produce regularly, and can feed up to two adults plus children.

Delivery and Pickup Information

For subscribers in Toronto, pickup is now the only option available to you.

For Georgina and Newmarket subscribers, you can choose to have your basket delivered to your home, or avoid the delivery fee by having your basket delivered to a community location near you.

When configuring your basket, enter your address under step 2 to see which community locations are closest to you.

Delivery Timing

Deliveries to Newmarket: Wednesdays

Deliveries to Toronto: Thursdays

Deliveries to Georgina: Fridays

For subscribers picking up their basket at one of our community locations, we will do our best to deliver the baskets as early in the day as possible. Once the program is underway, we will be able to let you know approximately when to pick up your basket based on the delivery schedule.

If you will be picking up your basket from the farm, you can stop by any time on Friday.
